Booking Questions

Our team will guide you through selecting the right package, submitting your documents, and confirming your booking. We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks before your intended travel date.

Required documents include: a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity), recent passport-size photos (white background), NIC copy, vaccination certificate (meningitis vaccine is mandatory), and for Hajj — your Hajj registration number. Additional documents may be required depending on the package type and Saudi visa authority requirements.

Yes, absolutely. We specialize in group and family Umrah packages. Group bookings of 10 or more persons may be eligible for special discounted rates. Families can be accommodated in connecting rooms or family suites at selected hotels. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we'll arrange accordingly.

We recommend booking at least 6–8 weeks in advance for regular Umrah packages, and 3–6 months in advance for Ramadan Umrah packages due to high demand. For Hajj packages, bookings typically begin in January–February each year. Early booking ensures better hotel availability and flight options.

After submitting your inquiry, our team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your requirements and recommend suitable packages. Once you select a package, we'll send you a detailed itinerary and document checklist. After submitting your documents and paying the booking deposit, we'll process your visa application and confirm all travel arrangements.

Visa Questions

Yes, all our Umrah packages include full Saudi visa assistance. We handle the entire visa application process on your behalf, from preparing the documentation to submission and collection. Please note that visa approval is subject to Saudi Arabian authorities, and we cannot guarantee approval in cases of incomplete documentation or prior travel history issues.

The Umrah visa typically takes 5–10 working days to process once all required documents have been submitted correctly. During peak seasons such as Ramadan or school holidays, processing may take slightly longer. We recommend submitting all documents at least 4 weeks before your intended departure date.

The meningitis (ACYW135) vaccine is mandatory for all pilgrims. A valid vaccination certificate must be submitted with your visa application. Depending on current Saudi health regulations, COVID-19 vaccination status may also be required. We advise all pilgrims to check the latest health requirements with our office before traveling.

Umrah visas are typically issued for the duration of your package only. Extensions within Saudi Arabia are subject to Saudi immigration rules and are not guaranteed. If you wish to stay longer, you must discuss this with our team prior to departure so we can arrange the appropriate visa type. Overstaying your visa can result in fines and travel bans.

In the rare event of a visa rejection, we will notify you immediately and advise on the possible reasons. We will assist in reapplying if the issue can be corrected with additional documents. Visa fees paid to the Saudi authorities are non-refundable; however, our service charge may be partially or fully refunded depending on the circumstances. Payment Questions

We accept cash payments at our Colombo office, bank transfers to our designated account, and online payments through bank apps. All payments must be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise agreed. Please keep all payment receipts as proof of transaction. We do not accept payments to personal accounts.

Yes, we offer flexible payment plans for eligible customers. A minimum deposit of 30–50% of the package price is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 14 days before departure. Installment terms vary by package and season — please speak with our team for details specific to your chosen package.

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure are eligible for a partial refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 14–29 days forfeit 50% of the total package cost. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. Certain costs such as visa fees, airline tickets, and hotel pre-payments are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Package prices listed on our website are starting prices and subject to change based on travel dates, flight availability, hotel rates, and currency fluctuations. The final confirmed price will be provided to you in a written quotation before you make any payment. We strive to maintain price transparency and will always notify you of any changes before booking confirmation.

Package prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees and include all included services. Spending money for personal expenses in Saudi Arabia (shopping, extra meals, personal items) is your own responsibility. We recommend carrying some Saudi Riyals or using a travel card. Currency exchange is available at the Colombo airport and at major banks.

Travel Questions

All our packages depart from Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) in Katunayake, Colombo. We typically fly into King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah or Prince Mohammed Bin Abdulaziz Airport in Madinah, depending on the itinerary. Airport transfers from Colombo to BIA can be arranged upon request.

Yes, all our packages include private air-conditioned coach transport between Makkah and Madinah, as well as transfers between airports, hotels, and the Haramain (Grand Mosques). Our experienced Sri Lankan guides accompany all groups to ensure a comfortable and hassle-free experience throughout.

Umrah can be performed throughout the year except during the Hajj season (8–13th Dhul Hijjah). The cooler months (November to February) are generally most comfortable due to lower temperatures. Ramadan is a highly blessed time but also the busiest and most expensive. We offer packages across all seasons — our team can advise on the best timing based on your budget and preferences.

Meal inclusions vary by package. Economy packages typically include breakfast only. Standard and Premium packages may include breakfast and dinner. Some packages include all meals. Full meal plan details are specified in each package description. There are also many Sri Lankan and South Asian restaurants near both Harams, so pilgrims have additional options for familiar food.

Yes! All our packages include an experienced Sri Lankan Muslim guide who will accompany your group throughout the journey. Our guides are knowledgeable about the religious significance of all sites, speak Sinhala, Tamil, and English, and are dedicated to making your pilgrimage spiritually fulfilling and logistically smooth.

Package Questions

The main differences are hotel quality, hotel proximity to the Haram, and included services. Economy packages use 3-star hotels (approximately 800m–1km from the Haram). Standard packages use 4-star hotels (300–500m from the Haram). Premium packages use 5-star hotels directly adjacent to or within walking distance of the Haram. All packages include visa, flights, transport, and guided Ziyarat.

Yes, we welcome pilgrims of all ages. For elderly or mobility-limited travelers, we recommend our Premium package for closest hotel proximity to the Haram and availability of wheelchair-accessible transport. For children, we offer family package options with connecting rooms and child-friendly services. Please inform us of any special requirements at the time of booking.

The Ramadan Umrah package is specially designed for those wishing to perform Umrah during the holy month of Ramadan, which is considered the most spiritually rewarding time. It is more expensive due to significantly higher demand for flights and hotels during Ramadan. Our Ramadan package includes 21 days, covering the last 10 days of Ramadan and Eid-ul-Fitr if desired. Early booking is essential as spots fill up quickly.
